Sandwiches

Assorted fillings made with White, Wholemeal
and Granary bread.
£2.30 per round.

Buffet Basics

Sausage rolls, Mini sausages, Scotch eggs,
Quiche, Vol-au-vents.
£0.65 per portion.

Chicken Drumsticks

Freshly cooked with a marinade of your choice.
(e.g. BBQ, Sweet Chilli, Honey, etc.)
£1.10 per portion.

Mixed Meat Platter

A selection of sliced Turkey, Beef, Ham and Chicken Breast.
£1.60 per person.

Mixed Fish Platter

Crab Sticks, Prawns, Smoked Mackerel, Smoked Salmon.
£1.60 per person.

Salad Platters

Coleslaw (shredded caggage and carrots in mayonnaise).
Rice salad (with prawns, peas, sweetcorn and peppers).
Potatos salad (new potatoes cooked in their skins with
mayonnaise and chives).
Wardorf salad (apples, celery, sultanas and walnuts
in mayonnaise).
Vegetable batons with dip variety (carrots, cucumber,
celery and cherry tomatoes).
£11.00 per platter.

Cheese Board Selection

e.g. Cheddar, Red Leicester, Brie and Stilton, dressed with
salad and fruit, served with French bread.
£26.00, serves approx. 10 people.

Fresh Fruit Platter

A selection of seasonal fresh fruit prepared into ready
to eat bite sized pieces.
£1.20 per portion.

Home-made Cake Selection

£1.20 each.

We can make a buffet to your specification and will be happy
to discuss your ideas.
We would ideally require at least 48 hours notice to
supply buffets.
5% discount for orders over 40 people.

Please note cutlery, plates and serviettes are not included,
and platters are to be returned.
